02: How stress affects our physical body?
In this episode, you will understand how stress has an impact on our physical body and how it is linked with my chronic disease. Stress is not just an emotional issue it does affects our physical body.  Stress creates a fight or flight response which releases some hormones in our body that increases our power or capacity double times to fight or run away from a dangerous situation/stressful situation. But when these hormones are released often, that affects our body by damaging some parts, weaken the immune system, and leads to chronic disease.
