Body shame is, unfortunately, so normalized in our society. I believe it is so important to bring to light that body shame is a disconnect from our joy and intuition, and when we can begin to heal these fragmented parts of ourselves we are able to access our greatness so that we can live out our soul purpose!

 

Knowing how to face and cope with the stigma of body and learning to celebrate your body instead of being depressed f seeing it is very helpful specially to those who experience body shaming.

 

So in today's episode, I am joined by Kat Fox, a Certified Master-Level Coach specializing in Body Image and I help women release guilt and shame tied to their bodies so that they can own their greatness and live their biggest life ever!

  • Different things to consider when faced with how other people perceive your body
  • Postpartum depression and anxiety about body image
