What does it mean to belong to ourself? How do we go about building the self trust required to choose ourselves, even when the world around doesn't?

Today's episode explores my own process of learning to belong to myself and brings in the wonderful work on Brené Brown to define true belonging and the process of braving the wilderness from her incredible book.

B- did i respect my boundaries? Was I clear about what was okay and what was not?

R- was I reliable? Did I do what I said I was going to do?

A- did I hold myself accountable? Own mistakes and apologize

V- did i respect the vault and share appropriately

I- did I act from integrity. Courage over comfort

N- did I ask for what I needed? Was I nonjudgemental about needing help

G- was I generous towards myself. Words actions
