Pepo Herd El (aka Pepo Wamchawi Herd) from Boston was arrested Thursday night and charged with illegally carrying a loaded pistol. He was charged by criminal complaint with one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. El allegedly purchased a firearm and body armor, and material that could be used to assemble explosives. He is also a Moorish Sovereign Citizen, which is classified as a right-wing extremist group.   J.B. Rind was arrested earlier this month in connection with the shooting death of James Gilliard. Palm Beach Gardens police said Rind, 63, admitted that he accidentally "shot his friend in the stomach while showing him a firearm." Rind is now charged with third-degree murder, trafficking in morphine, conspiracy to sell morphine, conspiracy to sell oxycodone and conspiracy to sell amphetamines.   40-year-old Justin Goss broke into his ex-girlfriend’s Pasadena, CA home and attacked her was killed by the woman’s mother and sister — who used golf clubs and a kitchen knife to defend her, police said.
