In 1989 thirty-two year old Carolyn Williams was found dead in her Cincinnati apartment. While the police believe it was drug related, they have never been able to find a suspect.   Alex Rees and Ray Hill's double-murder is the oldest cold case in New South Wales history. And investigators are once again looking into the young couple shot dead at South Newcastle beach, where they pulled into the parking area on Shortland Esplanade, a popular make-out spot.   In 1993, the very first Elvis Impersonator and his girlfriend were gunned down in their Las Vegas home. The LVPD have reopened the case, but will not reveal any details. Dana Mackay's daughter Misty Vargas believes she knows who the killer is, but that he's got "connections" and won't be brought to justice.
