Two brothers are on a "mission from God" to save the Catholic boys home from closure.

Along the way they get "the band back together" as they travel the length and breadth of Chicago to get their R'N'B band back.

They also get sung to by Soul legends Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, James Brown and Cab Calloway.
