My friends, thank you for tuning in...
In today's episode, I talk about emotional eating triggers and how there's a misconception around how it happens and I want to uncover what's really happening and what it looks like. They're not isolated events but a series of events that lead to a tipping point. It takes doing a lot of work on yourself by going back to childhood memories and scenarios that you think you've forgotten. But by confronting them, it helps you understand the root causes of your behaviours and emotions so you can acknowledge and work through them to reduce all that internal conflict that's happening, improve your emotional health, and enhance your relationships.
So, without further ado, let's do this...
