I'm so excited to share with you how I'd start from scratch if I had to lose 34kg.
I've literally mapped out the whole process together with my thoughts and how I'd do it.
I believe what we need to do in midlife is different to what we would do if we were decades younger.
In midlife we have so many things we need to consider, such as midlife transitions and menopause, things that didn't concern us before. And because life was super busy when we were raising families or advancing our careers, we became inactive and lost our spark.
