I’m Jacquie and I’m glad you’re here at Health Walk, A women’s journey toward holistic health. I was once stuck in the cycle of chronic stress and burnout.
I was an anxious hot mess trying to keep up with the societal pressures of being a perfect woman and always feeling like I was failing, and also afraid to show fear or ask for help. After hospitalization due to illness, Chronic stress, dehydration, and more I decided to learn about this beautiful body God created.
I got my degree in health sciences, got my integrated nutrition health certification, and leaned into what God says about me, I figured some things out. I’m here to share everything I know and continue to learn about the holistic journey, the tips, the tools, and the resources to become whole and well.
