In this episode, I read and reflect on Chapter 13 of the Tao Te Ching. In this chapter, we are warned of the dangers of holding our ego-identity too tightly and are invited to start developing a broader sense of self that is connected to the whole. As the sage, Leonard Cohen once said: "If you don't become the ocean, you'll be seasick every day."
