Hydreight Technologies is a 50-state mobile healthcare and telemedicine company and one of the fastest-growing in North America. Hydreight has grown rapidly from ~C$1mm in adj. revenue in 2020 to over C$22mm during 2024, exclusively through its nurse network and white-label solutions verticals. It has already onboarded 3,000+ nurses, with significant improvement in new business partner sign-ups expected going forward.

Beyond its legacy verticals, NURS’s newly launched D2C VSDHOne platform is expected to geometrically scale recurring-type revenues beginning in 3Q25. Already ahead of schedule, the platform has sold 400+ licenses, targeting 1,000 by year-end. Existing partners are already generating more than 100k monthly orders, with the pipeline being enough to hit the 1.3mm+ full-year order target, even before factoring in its expanding catalog of recurring medications and new partnerships not yet included in guidance.
