
So when we talk about the final client or stakeholder, who is this figure?
My experience is that companies include in their marketing strategy the events as a powerful tool for engagement and sales. However some consider and know the importance of having a certified event manager or planner and others think that marketing can do it. I believe that this is a mistake as the event planner knowledge goes beyond marketing tactics and it must include several market dynamics, negotiation skills, awareness how an event works behind the scenes, logistics and so on.
So for all of you, if you work in a hotel, A CB, a venue, a restaurant, catering company, bus company, an agency or DMC your direct client is one but THE FINAL CLIENT OR STAKEHOLDER IS ANOTHER
