Episode 34 “Identity Crisis: Who Me?”

The team opened up the discussion with a quote.  In Ancient Greece, the philosopher Socrates famously declared that the unexamined life was not worth living. Asked to sum up what all philosophical commandments could be reduced to, he replied: 'Know yourself.

  1. Just as much as self-care is important so is self-examination
  2. Other people's responses do not change your identity.
  3. Your purpose is directly tied to living like the person God has made you be.
