In this episode we talk about the company and the podcast with Gintaras Grigisas, a long-time employee of MIAVIT. Gintaras started at MIAVIT  already 17 years ago with the practical months, completed his dual education at MIAVIT and started directly in the export department. First of all in the team of sales support,later on as an account manager and finally as head of sales for CIS, Asia and Near East.
