One of the most common things I used to hear when I started my first business was "the customer is always right" and as a business owner I must make sure I satisfy my customers. From experience, I agree that there's some truth in this but business owners must put things in place to protect themselves and their business for the moments the customer is wrong and trust me - there will be many "customer is wrong" moments.
