Tamara Misewicz-Healey is the founder of MiEHS Alliance, LLC and the creator of the culture-based safety management system called MiSafetySense. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Health and over 10 years of experience in the health & safety field- with roles within laboratory, consulting, healthcare, and manufacturing. Tamara has performed work throughout the United States and abroad; providing her with unique experiences and a well-rounded perspective.
Tamara is a passionate social entrepreneur who has a vision to form a collaboration among professionals to assist their companies in fostering a safety culture full of knowledge, best management practices, technology, and an alliance of support. She aims to provide every worker with their own “Safety Sense”. She believes in engaging and empowering every employee in hazard, and hazardous state, recognition and response, while simultaneously building the environment, leadership, and systems for long-term success!
Outside of work, Tamara is an avid reader and traveler. She loves to mountain bike, camp, take her son and dog on long hikes, volunteer in her community, and enjoy life’s simplicities with her family and friends.
