In this episode, Wes and Jess are joined by Enrique Arcipreste Morales, who you heard from earlier in the season. They'll give you a brief recap of the laws surrounding surrogacy in Mexico City before moving on to discuss the steps involved in applying for a pre-birth order, when they happen and how that's different to the US process. They also discuss the surrogate's legal rights, whether they have parental rights and the full amparo process. They also discuss how agencies can differ in their processes and why.
