After learning of a coworker taking his own life, I felt compelled to open myself up and share with you my story in a more vulnerable way than I ever have publicly. You will never understand how difficult this was for me to share. But, I will not stand by as I see more and more of my brothers and sisters in arms end their own lives. If sharing my complete story helps just one single person have hope and fight just one more day, then I accept whatever consequences come.
