Anggun C. Sasmi or known mononymously as Anggun, is an internationally renowned Indonesian-born French singer-songwriter and television personality. Her debut international album “Snow on the Sahara” was released in 33 countries in the late 1990s. It topped the charts in Italy, Spain, and several countries in Asia.

Most recently, Anggun was one of the hosts of Asia’s Got Talent. In 2014, she received the World Music Award for World's Best Selling Indonesian Artist. She was also named UN Goodwill Ambassador for Food and Agriculture Organization. Anggun speaks — and has released albums — in Indonesian, English, and French.
