Everyone seems to talk about "Chakras" these days, but are they really?  In this podcast, Julie and Halle discuss these "spinning wheels of energy" in the human body and their location, color, and purpose.  Halle shares her process for balancing and clearing Chakras, which can promote both physical and emotional healing, while Julie questions whether there are really only seven Chakras, as many believe. Regardless, they are an interesting concept and an important part of energy healing work.
