Luck is a tricky concept, especially when it comes to your magickal practice. Belief in luck—both good and bad—is an ancient concept with a broad lexicon of superstitions, rituals, and traditions. Many of these traditions survive today in the practice of carrying good luck charms and following cultural or familial traditions. The goal is to decrease your bad luck while welcoming in the good.
But do any of these practices have a place in your craft?
Join Shannon and me in our latest episode to learn more about the traditions surrounding luck, the psychological implications of being “lucky” or “unlucky”, and methods for infusing your workings with more serendipitous energy. We also discuss how to avoid luck-based paranoia and the importance of having fun with these traditions.
