Rock is Dead? Not even close. I speak a bit about Gene Simmons and David Ellefson saying that rock is still dead. I absolutely believe that rock isn't dead and won't be for a long time. Yeah there may not be another Hendrix tomorrow, but there's another Hendrix hanging around on youtube and in a garage who has the will to be the next major star!
