What we do know however is April 25th is a super important date in Metal history being DIO era BLACK SABBATH was officially unleashed on the world on this day in 1980 with the iconic album Heaven And Hell being released. Also not only was one of the main blueprints for Thrash metal released courtesy of EXODUS and their debut Bonded By Blood but 4/25 is the birthdate of the late PAUL BALOFF who fronted the Bay Area legends on the album prior to his untimely passing. We also know Canada goes hard as nails as we pay mind to some sick music hailing from the Great White North including total audio carnage of DEFORMATORY, the flutecifer (flute + Lucifer...you'll get it when you listen to the episode) sounds of doom occultists BLOOD CEREMONY, Maggot Stomp Death Metal newcomers DYING REMAINS, new Thrash insanity from TERRIFIER and some catchy AF, shoe gazey, post hardcore via CLONED APPARITION. So grab some syrup, put on some NHL playoffs (NY Isles are currently up 2-0 as I write this) and turn up the volume as episode #61 is as pleasing as a maple walnut donut from the local Tim Horton's Canada 🇨🇦.
