You wanted a list! You got the list! The hottest podcast in the world ... METAL ON THE BRAIN! 2022 was a monumental year for heavy music releases and on the first episode of 2023 we reminisce over some of our favorites. Not only do we share the first half of our top 30 AOTY lists but there are lists of killer EP's, and lists of albums that we loved but didn't quite make our top 30 AOTY.   Next week be ready as we share the remaining half of our top 30 AOTY lists and make no mistake our lists are far superior to any others that you may have seen.
