For years, I've bounced between restriction, obsession, and giving up when it came to my body and food.

I never had an official eating disorder, but definitely had an unhealthy relationship with eating and it left me always feeling guilty and like i was never doing enough.

In this episode I open up about my journey with restrictive diets, appetite suppressants, gym shame and what its taken to to start healing my relationship with food and myself.

If you have ever felt stuck, in the cycle or just tired of punishing your body, this episode is for you, and I hope you feel less alone and that it resonates.
