A study of chapter 7 of Genesis. We look at the text word-by-word and also discuss topics relevant to portions of the text. Some of the larger topics discussed this week include:

- Why did God spare Kayin? (Question from previous week) and mercy in general

- Extra-biblical Flood stories

- The animals of the ark

- Food and kashrut (kosher)

- The beginning of the Flood

- The number 40
