This is a re-publishing due to a glitch on Spotify and the episode disappeared from its original publishing date, which was November 26th of last year (2024). I thought it was curious that this was the only episode that gave an error whilst I was updating the podcast information. Thus, I decided to make it public again, perhaps this is also the right time for these energies and messages.

In this transmission, Mother Mary explains the significance of being mindful of one's time, focus, and energy, and how these factors impact our future self and life.
She says that the coming year will bring structural changes and encouraged introspection and reflection before making decisions, and to dedicate time to remove old energies and emotions when nedded. She also emphasized the importance of seeking help, and being kind and compassionate towards each other.
Three things to ask ourselves and to become aware of:
. Are you putting energy on something(s) not serving you?
. What is it that when you dedicate energy to has a positive impact?
. Should you be dedicating time to something that you are not?
Reflect of the changes that have happened on yourself as a person and life since January and notice where are the main differences and how well defined the differences are – the polarization effect, the definition of the poles.
Take time to choose where you put your energy into because this will have a great impact.
2025 will be marked by the beginning of changing structures and systems in life, thus the more aware you are of these energies the better you understand what happens and the more conscious you are to make your own choices, that are for your own good.
Take time to reflect before making any decision.
