Why aren't things changing in the collective as we wished:
1. Most actions being taken are coming from an external source only, which leads to inner turmoil and the sum of the outside chaos and the inner turmoil in the individual collective generates even more of the same, and the way things are done do not change nor more people gain awareness
2. Up to date, our human systems have not changed as much as we wished nor how we wished. Rather, these changes we seek have been mostly internal, in each one of us. Hence, only now, that we have matured and gained more wisdom and enlightenment are ready to begin changing the ways things are done and work, because we are the ones who construct the “systems”, so “we are the systems”
3. Only now we have gained knowledge and understanding to build new better ways and systems of doings things, and we can begin to implement it
