For the final episode of season one, we were joined by Arjun Dugal. He is the Chief Technology Officer for Financial Services at Capital One. In his position, Arjun oversees Technology and Data for the Financial Services division as well as DataLabs, Capital One's India office focused on building cutting-edge data products, and the Garage, Capital One's DFW innovation center. Arjun's organization is reimagining the auto finance business by leveraging machine learning, artificial intelligence, and next-generation data to develop breakthrough innovations and deliver transformative customer experiences. Arjun also sits on the Board of Directors for Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas and is the co-founder of Dream a Dream — both of these non-profit organizations are focused on empowering young people from vulnerable backgrounds to overcome adversity.
