What really happens when we face danger?

We just celebrated the worlds mental health day. The goal is taking care of our mental health should be a routine.

In this episode I talk about what we call stress responses our innate reaction both perceived and real threatening and dangerous situations. I talk about the different stress responses and the signs of the fight-flight response as examples of the stress response.
