EP. 9 TOPIC: THE ERROR IN EXPECTATIONS Expectations are the sneaky little things we use in most situations to prejudge the outcome of situations and brand other's actions. If these judgments are not proven to be correct, we most often times become irritable because the actual reality is going against what we knew or thought to be true. If not checked often and not put into proper perspective expectations can increase anxiety, create continual disappointment resulting in depression and inevitably ruin relationships. Join me as I discuss what expectations are, what they look like in our daily lives and what we are able to do to shift the energy of expectations for better balance & outcomes.
