S3 Ep. 8 - SANDERSON SISTERS: Sisterhood and Sorcery with Lindley Key and Kelsey Lane Davidson

Welcome to another episode of Mental Health Multiverse: A podcast where we mindfully break down your pop culture favs and discuss them through the lens of self care, mental health, and personal development.

This week on MHM we are talking about the SANDERSON SISTERS from the Halloween cult classic, Hocus Pocus! Joined by guests Lindley Key and Kelsey Lane Davidson, we formed an MHM coven to explore the dynamics of the Sanderson sisters, the film's ongoing Halloween tradition, and personal reflections on relating to each sister.

Lindley Key is a New York-based actress, content creator, and award-winning cosplayer. She is a company member of the comedy troupe, A Drinking Game NYC, and may best be known from her viral conversation with Oscar-winning actor, Brendan Fraser.

Kelsey Lane Davidson is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and holds numerous certifications and specialties in the fitness industry. She has been coaching and training clients for over 12 years in corporate, private and collegiate settings. She coaches her clients on proper body movement and teaches them how to create healthier lives for themselves in her company, Kelsey Lane Fitness, LLC.. Further, she provides fitness coaching and consulting for nutrition professionals and their coaching programs. Her passion for educating her clients led her to hosting her own podcast, “Be Unapologetically You Radio” and also sharing daily tips and videos on her Instagram.

When she is not working, you will find her hunting down all the good coffee shops, reading, hanging with her dogs, traveling, acting and producing.

Questions, themes, and topics we touch on include:

  • What to do if you have a Winifred in your life?

  • Family dynamics

  • Societal perception of witches

  • Setting boundaries

  • Potential redemption arcs

  • Morality and ambiguity

And more!
