About Kristen:

Some may know Kristen as @notyouraveragethrpst on TikTok and Instagram. She is a licensed clinical social worker and a certified alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Maine. Kristen is currently working in rural community mental health as a program clinical supervisor and has been working in the field for 5 years now and loving every minute of it. On her days off, you’ll find Kristen spending time with her husband and 3 year old with a dunkin’ coffee in hand, attempting to make DIY projects from Pinterest and making funny & relatable TikTok or walking around ULTA.
