There are many factors for children to act out enough to be arrested. Don't judge a juvenile delinquent until you know their full story! Mental Health is very important! :)

There are plenty of reasons why children get involved in criminal activity, but the leading cause is complex traumas. 

Some traumas are: Neglectful parents, abuse, sexual assault, losing a loved one, poverty, lack of support in school or home life. Those are just a few.
