You're struggling, I get it.
And first of all I want you to know that you're not alone.
Maybe you've just had a breakup and/or you're going through an episode of depression.
Maybe you had a panic attack and your anxiety has been keeping you on your toes.
Maybe you just can't stop spiralling and your own mind is driving you insane. Trust me, I've been there.
My name is Eva and in this episode (and this podcast in general) I share my favourite ways to cope with the ups and downs of life and navigating my mental health through it all. I hope this helps someone out there.

Over the last few months I have turned around my mental health from feeling anxious and depressed nearly everyday to developing a better internal dialogue, working out almost every day and feeling much more happy than I did before. (And I'm sleeping better too)
I highly recommend you to start journaling and tracking habits or things that make you feel good and observe how it impacts your mood.
Know your vices too.
Good luck and I'm thinking of you as we navigate life, love and mental health.

Hi, I'm Eva and I make TikTok's now!
I also hold 4 (!) different diplomas. Or 5? I don't even remember.
My work experience ranges from Waitress, to Actress to Yoga Teacher, I want to write a book and I kinda wanna be an influencer, if I'm being honest. The good kind of course.
I have lived in 4 different countries so far and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Sure, I might be a little unstable, but I can promise you my life is never boring.
Until next time,
Eva x
Eva is back.
Well, I never really left but I tend to disappear for a while. I am in my hometown! Living with my Mom again at 27 years old until I decide what my next move will look like. And let me tell you, it is weird being back. Weirdly beautiful, but also challenging, to say the least.
In this episode, I'm sharing the mess that my move across the world was, why I gave away most of my material possessions for free and how it has been to be back home. (And some mental health hacks, as always, because I'm struggling haha.)
Much love,
E x

Pheeeeew. Okay. What a year 2022 has been already? lol.
It's only February, I know, but it has been wild.
As you can see from the caption, it's been a real time for me!
But I am on the other side of it now, feeling fresh, strong and healthy again.
And I am a bit grateful for this free detox and my struggles have led me to being more mindful again with food, supplements, who and what I let into my life and space.
I hope this is helpful if you are experiencing COVID (or food poisoning lol) and also to gain some positive perspective and how to come out of a negative experience stronger and wiser.
Much love,
E x
WELCOME TO THE DATING-ZOO!
Today we’re talking about a topic that concerns most of us and that is DATING. I’m joined by my friend Niki once more and we had so much fun recording this semi-serious episode. We talk about our love-hate relationship with dating apps, dating fails (and a double-date we didn’t intend on having…), ghosting and so much more. Enjoy the ride! I don't know if it comes from me being German, Aries or my belief that what goes around comes around... but I have always had a very strong sense of right and wrong, justice and truth. In this episode I am sharing some moments in my life where I was dishonest and the consequences of it and why I think a lie is a lie and shouldn't be acceptable.
I am channeling my inner Mark Manson in this episode and giving you some tough love advice, I hope some of it resonates.
Big love,
Stay true,
Eva x
This episode is an update on where I am currently at in my life and how I feel about returning to my home country after 2 years without being able to visit.
I also chat some more about how I deal with adversity and how I changed my life this year from feeling unfulfilled and burnt out to gaining some perspective and feeling more grounded and at peace with myself than ever before.
2021 you have been quite something! But I'm here for all of it.
Stay true, stay you.
Much love,
E x

In today's episode I speak about how I got a sudden rush of anxiety in the supermarket that nearly ended in a full-blown panic attack over dinner at home. I share some lifestyle tips on how I prevent anxiety from escalating and how to manage stress and feelings of overwhelm.

In this solo episode I talk about why I have never been in a long-term relationship, how it makes me feel to see couples my age having babies, feeling broken, overcoming toxicity in relationships and finding yourself a little bit more every day.
It is definitely a vulnerable share and, I hope you find some value in this.
Remember, 'comparison is the thief of joy' (Theodore Roosevelt) and we all have our own unique timelines.
