The MAP boys sit down with Mischelle Lee, a former collegiate athlete who is now a personal trainer and coach who specializes in neurobased training. Her program combines her degree in Exercise Science with lymphatics knowledge, Z-Health neurology, nutrition, breathing techniques, RPR (reflexive performance reset), bioenergy healing and more.
