Ep 195 - Turning Up, or Turn It Up?

This episode begins with an important Blue Mountains community announcement by Paramedic Christian Mortensen, that may be distressing for some listeners.

I am joined by Pat Blacker from Standby - Support Post Suicide, and Paramedic Christian Mortensen, to discuss a topic Pat and I had discussed during the week before the show. Basically, when we're not feeling 100%, what's the best thing to do? Admit that you're not feeling great and cancel family events, work, appointments, or turn up and "turn it up" while you're there?

Big thanks to Cortado's Coffee Shop, Walk It Off, Mountie's Group, the Men's Table and Ilana's Delicious Skin Food.
