Is it even possible to walk away from something you love? Luckily for us Ben Hardy didn’t and brought four musicians together to form a revamped look at late 90’s, early 2000’s alt rock.
Fear. The Sparrow feels all too familiar yet all new in the way they’re bringing their brand of rock to the scene. Maybe it’s their “20’s Rock” fashion or each band members unique backgrounds coming together to form their power-pop-rock sound. Either way, it’s worth the listen or WATCH!
A quick stroll down the playlist will pull up a very unique album called The Hum: Live at the 8, which we described as a “cinematic music event”. It’s definitely worth a watch as it is a very creative take on the “rock opera” albums. We got the skinny on the subtitled song Theft of Me and what has become the fan favorite Drunk and Dumb.
Fear. The Sparrow also gives us a taste of their evolution so far with a listen of Tidal Wave and tells us that they’ve been hard at work writing and creating in the past year and plans on a “very busy 2022” with many more releases, PLUS they give us what songs help each of them tick with a very rock eclectic Top5!
