Kristie and I met in a working moms support group on Facebook and friends, I highly encourage those! They're great to just be affirmed that you are not alone in the struggle! Kristie connected about her work, The Mom Advantage! In this episode we talk about her journey with her daughter and how she has learned to provide her with the right skills for what she needs in processing emotions - a conversation I've been having with my own 8 year old.
