How do you find out which research institutes to apply to? Researcher Anamika is from India and before joining the MEFISTA Project Partner NKT in Denmark, she did several internships across the world. In this final episode with interviewer Karola Woods, Anamika gives advice on the research life and how to find the right programme for you.

Is a career in research for you? Even if you're not sure YET, a Marie Curie PhD programme could be just the thing, as you spend time in industry too, applying your knowledge to real life scenarios. Alberto who is from Spain is a researcher for MEFISTA at Aston University UK and articulately talks about Marie Curie, lasers and their uses and the research life. Research takes time, if you have the skills and aptitude, it's worth it. Alberto also used to in chemical engineering but made the switch physics!

Ms Qing Wang is from China and now a researcher for MEFISTA at Aston University in the UK. She is looking at the uses of dual frequency combs and how they can be used in every day life. It's a long, detailed process, involving many experiments. But the results, improving and changing people's lives in the areas of science and technology, are worth it. Qing is interviewed by Karola Woods, also at Aston.
