This journey of our muse Ala’a Ghanimah starts with a confused teenager and an uncertain future who grows to be a determined creative director with a hitlist. Ala’a took her years of experience as a consultant and developed a new method for building Al Mashtal, a creative environment that caters to Saudi Arabia. Specifically, one that addresses the problems local creatives face, which guides, nurtures and harvests all the worthy talents of creative businesses.
