
Some of the biggest companies in the world — like SAP, Microsoft, and JPMorgan Chase — have been supporting neurodivergent talent for years. Since as early as 2013, they’ve been building programs that don’t just accommodate, but celebrate the brilliance of autistic and ADHD minds.
And yet, outside those walls — in families, in classrooms, in friend circles, even in workplaces — we’re still misunderstanding that brilliance. Too many people still see neurodivergence as a flaw, a burden, or a challenge to fix. Some still fear having a child with ADHD or autism, or think twice about hiring or dating someone who’s wired differently.
This episode is a reminder — and a wake-up call — that neurodivergence isn’t something to fear. It’s something to understand, nurture, and make space for. Because when the environment is right, the neurodivergent mind doesn’t just survive — it soars.
