They give advice on how to prevent injuries along with caring for them. Caroline and Camryn also share how to help prevent getting sick which can be very difficult when you have to miss dance classes or days of your job. Caroline and Camryn’s advice on how to care and prevent injuries and illnesses will give you the knowledge you need to be able to take care of your body as a dancer. After all, our bodies as professional dancers are our jobs. If we take care and love our bodies, our bodies will love us back.
