In this episode, Gem and Kerrie are joined by their special guest Clinical Hypnotherapist and owner of Alasana Yoga, Alison Morris.
Alison found her way into hypnotherapy after she discovered it as a therapy in 2016 and it was life-changing for her. Previous to 2016 she was obese, drank every night, smoked, was addicted to prescription medications and suffered from anxiety and depression.
An encounter, with a beautician, gave her hope that she had not contemplated before.
So her journey started with an organisation that turned out to be "A little bit Culty"
After doing her first weekend course, in November 2016, she got swept into the world of Large Group Awareness trainings (LGAT's) and nearly lost her family and identity.
