
While traveling, I find it very important to have a sleep routine that helps settle the body down and let go of what happened during the day. I also love to align to the frequency of creation and allow this life force to repair my body and bring it into the most aligned vital and vibrant frequency. I recorded this meditation for myself as I was traveling through Asia and have been using it every day. It’s been remarkable how deep and restorative my sleep has been and I share it now to pay it forward. I hope that it helps you get the most incredible night of sleep.
