
This short meditation has 7.5 minutes of Hana's uniquely crafted guided visualisation techniques that aim to shut down your psychic senses and shield yourself energetically for a night of uninterrupted rest.
This visualisation is then followed by 3.5 minutes of music only, fading out softly at the end. The goal of this meditation is to help you drift off to sleep and if you fall asleep whilst listening, don't fight it, that's perfect.
