8. Ed Halliwell: Anxiety, depression and learning to let go.

In this episode, mindfulness teacher and writer Ed Halliwell, shares with us how learning to meditate was transformative in supporting his recovery from a long period of anxiety and depression. 

Ed has now been practicing mindfulness for over 20 year, has been teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses for 13 years and is the author of three books. He brings his insights from this wealth of experience to our conversation. We cover topics such as: 

  • The story of how mindfulness meditation was key in Ed’s recovery from a period of mental health difficulty. 
  • How meditation actually teaches us how to let go.
