Anjie Cho: Seeing Things As They Are – Podcast 287
In both our homes and in our everyday lives, we already have everything we need. In this episode, we discuss how meditation, mindfulness, and feng shui can help us clear up misperceptions and learn to appreciate and value the present moment. Through this practice, we can begin to see things the way they truly are.
Meditation In The City is the Shambhala Meditation Center of New York’s very own podcast!
