Meditation to Close the Day

This English meditation is designed to help you release the stresses and tensions of the day, and find deep rest and renewal. We relax your body the sound of a root chakra singing bowl, focusing on your breath, reviewing the thoughts from our day and releasing it with creative visualizations. We will also practice gratitude and loving kindness to ourselves and others, allowing you to sleep feeling light and joyful.
