This is a simple 5 minutes guided meditation using breath as a focus to help you build a daily meditation practice. Ideally you would be doing this meditation first thing in the morning to set the tone of your day however, it can also be a soothing way to help ease you into bed. This episode really focus on the idea of gratitude and fully embracing our very existence as Human BEINGS.
